How much does a ride cost?

Fares are calculated based on distance and time. You'll see the exact fare upfront before you confirm — no surprises, no last-minute changes, no haggling.
How do I pay for my ride?

TiGo accepts both cash and digital payments. Pay cash directly to your driver, or pay by card or in-app wallet — whichever is most convenient for you.
Is TiGo safe?

Safety is our top priority. Every TiGo driver is fully vetted — valid driver's licence, registered vehicle, insurance, and a police certificate of character. You can see your driver's name, photo, and rating before they arrive, and every ride is tracked in real time.
