What's the difference between Standard and Premium?

TiGo offers two ways to ride. Standard is perfect for your everyday trips around the island. Premium gives you extra comfort when you want to travel in style. You'll see both options and their fares before you book — just pick what suits the moment.
How much does a ride cost?

Fares are calculated based on distance and time, and the price shown is approximate — your final fare may vary slightly depending on traffic, the route taken, and conditions on the day. You'll always see an upfront estimate before you confirm, with no haggling. During busier periods like peak hours, holidays, or high demand, pricing may adjust slightly.
How do I pay for my ride?

TiGo accepts both cash and digital payments. Pay cash directly to your driver, or pay by card or in-app wallet — whichever is most convenient for you.
Are my card payments secure?

How does the referral program work?

Safety is our top priority. Every TiGo driver is fully vetted — valid driver's licence, registered vehicle, insurance, and a police certificate of character. You can see your driver's name, photo, and rating before they arrive, and every ride is tracked in real time.
