Refer a Friend Terms

1. Overview

The TiGo Rides Refer a Friend program lets existing users earn wallet credit by inviting new users to join TiGo. Both the referrer and the referred friend receive a reward when the conditions below are met.

2. Eligibility

• The referred user must be a new customer who has not previously held a TiGo account.
• The referred user must register using the referrer's valid referral link or code at sign-up.
• Both accounts must be in good standing.

3. When the Reward Is Issued

The $5 credit is issued to both parties only after the referred friend completes their first paid ride. No reward is issued for account registration alone, or for cancelled or unpaid trips.

4. Using Your Credit

• Wallet credit is automatically available for use toward future TiGo rides.
• Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash.
• Credit may be subject to expiry as indicated in your TiGo wallet.

5. Referral Limits

Each user may refer up to 20 friends under this program. TiGo may adjust this limit at its discretion.

6. Fraud & Abuse

TiGo Rides reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the program. This includes, but is not limited to, self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, and any attempt to game the system.

7. Program Changes

TiGo Rides reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate this program, or to change these terms, at any time and without prior notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Validity

This program is valid until December 31, 2026, unless extended or ended earlier by TiGo Rides.
