Refund Policy

1. Overview

TiGo Rides ("TiGo", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to fair, transparent pricing for every ride, rental, and Concierge booking made through our platform. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for TiGo Wallet payments made through the TiGo Rides application and platform. By using TiGo Rides, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Payment Methods

Rides, rentals, and Concierge bookings made through TiGo may be paid for using:

• Cash — paid directly to the driver at the end of the trip or booking
• TiGo Wallet — funded in advance by credit or debit card, processed securely through our payment provider, and used to pay for rides and bookings

This Refund Policy applies to TiGo Wallet payments processed through the TiGo platform. Cash payments are settled directly between the rider and the driver, and are resolved directly with the driver, with TiGo's assistance where reasonably possible.

3. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund of a TiGo Wallet payment where:

• You were charged incorrectly, or charged an amount higher than the fare or price quoted in the app
• You were charged for a ride, rental, or Concierge booking you did not take or receive
• Your driver failed to arrive (a "no-show") and a charge was applied
• A duplicate charge was applied for a single booking
• A genuine service issue occurred that TiGo, at its reasonable discretion, determines warrants a refund

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

• Completed rides, rentals, or Concierge bookings where the service was provided as booked
• Dissatisfaction arising from factors outside TiGo's reasonable control, such as traffic or weather conditions

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within seven (7) days of the trip or booking date. Include your name, the date and time of the booking, and the reason for your request:

• Email — support@tigoridestt.com
• WhatsApp — 868-259-8446

6. Refund Processing & Timeframe

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds for TiGo Wallet payments are issued as wallet credit. Where a wallet top-up itself is being refunded, that amount is returned to the original card used.

We do not issue cash refunds for bookings paid with TiGo Wallet. Approved refunds are returned as wallet credit, or to the original card where a wallet top-up is being refunded.

7. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge was made in error, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter quickly. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests promptly and fairly.

8. Changes to This Policy

TiGo Rides may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the TiGo platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
