Refund Policy

TiGo Rides ("TiGo", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to fair, transparent pricing for every journey booked through our platform. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for rides paid through the TiGo Rides application and platform. By using TiGo Rides, you agree to the terms set out below.

This Refund Policy applies to digital payments (card and in-app wallet) processed through the TiGo platform. Cash fares are settled directly between the rider and the driver at the time of the trip, and are resolved directly with the driver, with TiGo's assistance where reasonably possible.

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds for card and in-app wallet payments are issued to your original payment method.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The exact time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

We do not issue refunds in cash for trips that were paid digitally. All approved digital refunds are returned to the original card or wallet used for the booking.

If you believe a charge was made in error, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter quickly. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests promptly and fairly.

TiGo Rides may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the TiGo platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
